ShanaLink collects the contact, business and premises information you choose to provide when creating an account, submitting an enquiry or contacting the team.
How information is used
Information is used to review requests, communicate about services, prepare options and quotes, and manage later contract, payment and provisioning stages.
Service providers
Authorised providers may process information where needed to deliver secure sign-in, network availability review, electronic signatures, Direct Debit authorisation or hosting. Bank details are handled through GoCardless-hosted authorisation and are not collected directly by ShanaLink.
Your choices
You may contact ShanaLink to ask about access, correction or deletion of personal information. Verified contact and registered-company details must be added before this notice is treated as final legal advice.
